- Type: People Who Play
My musical preferences have varied greatly over my life time and I fully expect them to continue to do so in the years ahead. Growing up in the 70's I quickly earned the title of being 'square' because I preferred Barbara Streisand and John Denver over the Rolling Stones and Kiss. I took the teasing in stride and fortunately didn't allow it to sway my choices of music.
At this point in life I seem to gravitate to the folk, bluegrass or country genres which works well considering I play guitar, violin, mandolin and also sing. I've played locally in a band and also enjoy performing as a duet with my husband.
I love my Weber Gallatin mandolin. It is the sweetest mandolin I have owned and a real joy to play.
