"Christmas came early for me this year as I bought my Weber Yellowstone mandolin in October while visiting Chicago. My visit was partially designed to be a search for a new mandolin and I had no idea that i would buy a Weber, but when I took this one down off the wall at The Different Strummer I just had to have it. It's been two months and I'm still in love with it.
I'm a family physician practicing in Northern California and started playing bluegrass music in earnest a little over a year ago. I play in jam sessions at a local tavern and belong to a group with another physician, a nurse, and a veterinarian. We call ourselves Code Bluegrass."
