WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

Your gear shop order will be processed within one business day. For expedited shipping, orders must be placed prior to 2:00 pm Pacific, Monday through Friday (excluding holidays). For international orders, please contact us directly at 888.886.7598.

WHAT ABOUT RETURNS?

We stand behind everything we sell in our Gear Shop (http://webermandolins.com/store). If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it within 30 days of purchase for a replacement, exchange or refund. Please see below for our official return policy.

Returning or Exchanging Items
 
Returns must be made within 30 days of original purchase and must be accompanied by proof of purchase (store receipt, gift receipt, shipping invoice, or member purchase history) is required for all returns and exchanges.

Since quantities may be limited, you can expedite an exchange by placing a new order and returning the unwanted merchandise.

Returns and Exchanges by Mail

To return or exchange a product by mail, we recommend shipping your return package with a carrier that can provide tracking and insurance. Weber Mandolins is not responsible for packages lost in transit. Packages must be postmarked within 30 days of purchase and must include 1) a copy of your proof of purchase, 2) your contact information and, 3) a request for refund, replacement or exchange.
