"I began playing the mandolin at age 12 (now 20 years old) in the band Nash Street. We are located in Starkville, MS, but are about to make the big move to Nashville, TN.

I took lessons for 5 years from Larry Wallace, a champion banjo player, who also knew a good bit about the mandolin. Then I decided to explore the mandolin and genres on my own. Since then, I have moved from the traditional bluegrass to a grassroots country style.

I have been playing the Weber F-Style Yellowstone for about 5 years now and I just love it! The tone is perfect for my style. Everyone always loves to play it, and actually don't want to give it back! This mandolin is now a part of me and will continue on this musical journey with me for the rest of my life."
